New Era Treasures offers the following Returns Policy:

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back less shipping & handling charges if returned in original undamaged condition within 14 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless there is freight damage. Freight damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of instrument. Merchandise with free shipping customer is responsible for actual cost of shipping and it will be deducted from final refunded amount. Printed & recorded material, personal hygiene items & international sales are non refundable.  Specific details for each item will be listed on item description page.
